Well, to be perfectly fair, you'll have to specify what it is you want to get off of. If you're referring to this site, simply stop playing, and your account will gather dust and rot away in the cellars of RHP.

If you just want to get rid of emails, go to "My Settings" and choose "Email settings". You can turn off move notifications and move reminders there.
