how to terminate an unwanted siege game

since the usual trash can symbol to end a starting game is not present...how do i end an unwanted siege game challenge ? no moves have been made & my clock is running down...

If you just let the time go to its end, then you lose the game - but - you don't lose any rating points.

What if you do one move, and one move alone, then the trash can should appear. Click it and your problem is solved.

I don't think you can delete it. It's like a clan game or a tournament game - someone has to win. If you don't want to play it, delete it and let the next player in the siege queue have a go.
