Well am desperate to have a picture on my profile but i dont understand it on the profile settings page can anyone help please?

You need to provide a URL for the pic, this will be the web address of where the pic is hosted. If you have a pic that needs hosting let me know. You can email me the pic and I will host it for you and let you know the URL to put into My profile settings
