Is there a problem with tournaments in the site...

Right now, and I think, altough not for sure, since yesterday, there are only two tournaments open to play, which are not fully subscribed:

May 2007 Banded Duel II 1800+

and

May 2007 Banded Duel II 1275-1300

Is there a problem? Or is it the common slow pace of tournaments start?

I see five tournaments still open to new players. It is, however, true that you have to strike whilst the iron is hot, with them.

I'm guessing it's because Russ is currently on vacation (according to his profile). The tournaments don't start automatically when filled.

Thanks all for the answers. I guess it's because of Russ's vacation as pointed out by Yuga.

The situation today is the same. Only those two tournaments avaiable. 😛

Actually those two are not full yet so it's quite normal that they haven't started. The 1275-1300 is slow to start for a reason, an increment of 25 points is way too small! It's the first time I've seen this and hope it's the last because it's not very relevant imo. 1250-1300 would've filled up much faster and given about the same caliber of play.
