I've recieved a PM that has a little key to the left of the name. It also won't let me click on the title to read it.

What's happening and how can I get rid of the annoying "1 message unread"?

What the great xanthosNZ needs help..........You must delete other unlocked messages to be able to read it.

If I remember correctly, you have too many old messages stored and you need to clean some of them out.

I clear it out regularly. However I went away for 5 days and it filled up during that.

Well if you ever do get a locked pm, the instructions will be there for you to read and follow. Besides it's Xanthos, he deserved that!
