logo not working HELP!!!

My friend Phlabibit had create me a logo for my clan and it is not working i've double checked to see if i put it in correctly,
the pixels are the write size. Does anyone know what might be the problem and know how to help??? 🙁

Ok, go to your logo, then right click on it, go to properties and you will get a box up with the url

http://www.rhp15.com (can`t remember the rest) copy and paste it intoyour address bar and see if you can see the logo that way.
