You should be notified when users leave King gets kicked! clan... but not messages for the other 3 clans you are in.

Did they actively leave your clan, or did they drop out because they weren't subscribers anymore? You should get a notification in the former case, but not the latter (even though it would be nice to get one in both cases).
I don't think dead beats are removed from clans.

the latest one was a sub - he just vanished with no message! and he's not the firs one - a few months ago it also happened to another sub in my clan(KGK)
as for nonsubs, in my case they dissapear the moment their star is gone! but for example, in inactive clans or Metallica, starless players stay put
