Lost on the Ladder

I challenged a player in one day ladder. He is white and has not started the game. His timebank is depleted but because he hasn't moved his game is not on my list and i see no way to claim a win. Will i be stuck forever at the bottom of the ladder?

I take it you've tried to message this chap, but either way you should send 'feedback' immediately, detailing exactly as you have here....'feedback' is located underneath 'support'...both are located at the bottom of each 'page' here...
I think you'll find that this player will just be removed from the ladder, this process should then place you at the helm once he has indeed been removed.
