Make a note feature

Hi there administrators, Thanks for all the improvements to the site! Would it be possible to have the make notes feature available when it is not your move, this way you can study games and make a note for yourself without having to wait until its your turn 😵

I will look at this. This has come up just too many times now. So now in my book as ‘a next to do’ when I do some more maintenance.
