When I try to change my card details for my subscription- I hit the ‘Update order’ button and I get an error message ‘ Invalid Stripe customer id’
‘Please send feedback quoting this error’
Any ideas? I have sent feedback but no response from Stripe so far…
There's a link at the bottom of this page, under 'Support' - set the category to subscriptions and I'm sure you'll get a response.

Thanks for the help. The path you mention came to the same page I got when I did it on the manage subscription page. I have already sent the feedback so I guess I just need to be patient.
