Manual for Rival.

I bought the sexy yellow star because I do not take free rides. The
Rival engine downloaded OK and I have yet to beat it. However, I
would like a manual, there are odds and sods that are not clear to
me. I could go question by question, I guess, but I'd rather have a
manual. Is there such available?
