How do I cancel my membership? I am now 80 years old, and have not been able to play for some time.

I asked for this a couple of days ago and I have not seen any change nor have I been notified that my account is indeed closed.

I tried sending a feedback message and it told me to check the help section first. This seems like incompatible instructions to what was told to the first poster in this thread,.
