I'm sure this has been raised previously, but since the site update a few months ago, I've been unable to send any of my opponents move reminders.
Can't quite believe that all my opponents who've been at risk of a timeout over the period would have elected NOT to receive move reminders, so what's the likely explanation or am I missing something?

This has been reported several times, and I don't know why it hasn't been fixed. Perhaps it's intermittent and too hard to track and identify.
{Having an intermittent dropout problem with my ISP right now, and they've run out of things to try. It's not that they aren't trying, they just haven't spotted the problem yet.}
