Move Reminders?

I know Move Reminders seemed to go away in one of the older site updates, Are they back in the new one? I still see them mentioned in the notification preferences but don't know how to actually remind my opponents to move.

Is that mail symbol back now? I've not seen it on my games for ages, even when an opponent hadn't moved for a long time, and I haven't received any reminders myself for ages either.
