You can`t delete it as such, but you can edit it right back and pretty much start again.

i don't want to be clan leader anymore I wanna join someone else's clan

Can't you just be a one man clan? Or are you loneley?

You can still join another clan. Just put up your not accepting any challenges notice.

I can see you're not a pawn star, and I think that only pawnstars can join clans. But I could be wrong, since I neither thougth non-pawnstars could create their own clan and you could (the only non-pawnstar among all the leaders).
