My move does not appear on screen

I'm loggged on. Opponent has made 1st move, which I see fine on screen. I hold cursor over my piece to respond, drag, and whole screen moves with me. Drop to appointed place, and does not work . Essentially am unable to respond and play. Played before, this never occured. HELP !

Click piece....click square to move to (no dragging)....click submit move
