My Settings Bar

I must be blind, but with the new site layout I can't seem to find the "My Setting" feature. Silly question, but is it still there? Help please. Thanks.

At the top right corner is a symbol , if you click that you get a list with nine coloured icons and a small gear whell titled "My settings".

It is easy to miss.
