-Removed-Sometime back there was a legacy option to set "Is nationality revealed" which would result in toggling your flag on/off.
This is long gone, but this was the cause of your problem.
Assume if you set a flag, it is shown, if not, then it isn't.
Your flag is now re-enabled anyway.
