@Russ Hi, I did ask you on what info you need, I said I could copy the 4 emails that stated they took money out. I have not heard back from you since. Is there an email you have I can forward the 4 emails? Greg

Hi, I sent you the 4 emails concerning being charged 2 times for each account within 2 weeks, have you found anything yet why about 3 months ago and this time why I am being charged? I sent you an email with the copies of being charged, Greg

Now I have seen the emails I can see that there are :

- Two confirmation emails of successful renewals (as expected, you have purchased 2 subscriptions),

- Two reminders that a renewal is about to take place for the above orders, so you can cancel beforehand if you wish. They state the renewal price, not that you have been billed.

So, just two orders, plus two reminders about the two orders.

Everything appears in order.
