It is, but I posted this notice in several different forums. Here's why: lets say that the only forum I went to was the Only Chess forum. If someone posted a notification in the General forum, I would never know, becauase the only forum I go to is Only Chess. The reason I find it important for everyone to know is because if they don't, they will attack me in the future!
