I don't have a board in order to make my moves. I also can't get into blitz to play a blitz game. I need assistance.

Do you have javascript turned off on your browser?

If it is on (as it should be to use this site) :

Assuming Windows desktop is being used, try holding down your "ctrl" key and press "F5".

This will force a reload of all content, which may fix your issue.

I suspect it isn't turned off if everything was fine until yesterday.

Can you let me know what platform you are using?

Operating system, and browser type + version.

Also, do you use plug-ins that other people have developed? These have been responsible in the past after site updates. (And we do not support them ourselves)
