Notebook always available!!

I believe the site would be improved, and games would be played out faster, if the Notebook function were available all the time, even when it's the opponent's move. That way, a move could be made quickly, then additional analysis could be made to play out and take notes on the what-if scenarios. If both players are online at the time, this would speed the game along.
