Notifications aren't coming

Hi,

Since a few months, there aren't coming any notifications anymore. I haven't changed anything in my preferences, have checked on the notifications. Also my app of RedHotPawn isn't giving me notifications. My opponent (Ippe Ziepe) says he gets notifications from anyone, except from games against me.

Can someone help us please?
