you have 19 games in Progress and all of them are shown if I click on your active games list.
What happens if you click the green banner (it should lead you to the game where it is your turn)?

1 game waiting in green will be on. If I have 1 game to play then it reads 2 games waiting and etc. thanks for the send feedback call Ill be looking for sever responce

So the system thinks you have one more game waiting than you seem to have. Have you checked at the very bottom of your list, to see if there's a "not started" game there?

Occasionally the site owner (Russ) responds to a request in this forum, as he has in the other thread you have started regarding this problem. Normally the dialogue would then continue via the feedback system.
If your problem is with the feedback system (which is slow) it won't achieve anything if you try to get other users to duplicate your feedback request, it will just clog the system further.
My other point is, that all of us here are your fellow users, not paid management. If you don't state your problem clearly, we must ask "stupid questions" to try to establish what the actual problem is.

Have a look into your various other folders just to make sure you don't have one there.
It's worth a try.
