Open invite

Why is it that on the "open invite" area a person will have a game offer but there is no way to accept the offer. Out to the right is the "accept the offer" but it isn't on everyone so does that mean you have to message them to see if they will accept? If that is true why post on the open invite?

The person who created the open invite can specify rating parameters. If your rating is not within the specified range, you cannot accept the game.

The "accept game" link will only appear for you on the games where your rating is within the rating limits.
