When players state required ratings how do I accept a game, there is'nt anywhere to click onto

Presumably if you meet their ratings criteria there would be a link in blue. If it's not there you don't for some reason.......maybe.

It isn't blue on my screen, but it is an underlined link, stating "accept game offer", and if my rating does not meet their limits, it does not appear.
