If you know them in the real world send condolences to the family and then click the skull when it becomes available.

If you don't know them in real life, click the skull when it appears.

Don't make the same mistake I did. If you know them and you attend the funeral, resist the urge to click on the skull there. Some family members are way too sensitive.

Resign. It's the only honorable thing to do. You really can't click the skull of someone who has really really died. That's like calling down a thousand .. no a million . curses on your house.
