As you can see its my opponents move but my click has depleted nearly a full 2 days. It's in a tournament and I've emailed admin twice and messaged the opposition player and as yet had no reply.

I dont know why its not put the games position in i cut and pasted the pgn? We are about 30 moves in

As I read it, Black's 3-day clock ran out on 26.1.26, and he is now running out his time bank. What makes you think it is your clock which is running out?

Because its my clock that is getting depleted I've gone from 6days + to 4 days. Can you see the clocks ? If so watch it and you'll see what I mean. His is still 5 days 23 hrs and yet im waiting on his move!

Actually I have logged out of app and into the website and in there it is the black clock depleting, ie his, its only in the app that its incorrect!. Is there anything I can do?

I suggest you log out of the app and pursue the game in a browser. Can you log in on a desktop computer?

It is definitely Black's clock which is running out. Dunno why Galactus's app shows White's clock running out. Maybe a network error that the app is not updating.

Which app are you using? Android or IOS? (And version number)

Thanks, the app can only be failing to report the true value correctly, so do not be too concerned.

You should see the installed app version at the bottom of the side menu,. (Hit the 3 lines/"burger" button top left.)
