I manage to do it the same way as I do on a PC. Just hit the analyze board function and a new window opens with it in.

I don't believe there is a way to analyze the board on the mobile site, iphone.redhotpawn.com. Would be a great feature though.

Just access the normal site on your iphone. Bobs your uncle. Works for me.
