posting problem

Sometimes I get the message shown below when I click 'Post'.What problem does this indicate?I'm using the Mozilla browser.

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /var/www/redhotpawn.com/board/threadcreate.php on line 7

I also had this message the day of the outage...............''fatal error'' sounds weird uh?

Yeah,when the site's down it's normal,but there's nothing wrong with the site right now and I'm having trouble posting 🙁
