Printing the board

Does anyone know a good way of printing out a screen shot of any game in progress...whenever I try, the board has the chessmen, but no squares.. !

One way, the crude way that always work, is to press the PrintScreen key on the keyboard, start the Paint program that comes with Windows, paste it in (or just press ctrl-V) and print it from there.

Does this happen when you use the "print board" button in the large box just to the right of the board? If so, Fabian is right but you can also paste the screen shot in a Word document to print it.
