Promoting a pawn

Does anyone know waht happens on RHP when a pawn reaches the
eighth rank? Does a list of options - knight, queen, etc - automatically
appear or does this happen when you click 'move'?

Once you have made the move to the eighth rank you will be
presented with the option list, from which you will select the piece you
wish to promote to. You do need to click 'move' first.

There is actually a 'bug' in the program which occurs if you have
the 'move to the next game after move' option switched on. When
you move the pawn onto the eighth rank you get taken to the next
game without being given the normal options and the move doesn't
actually get recorded. So, before moving the pawn switch off the 'move
to next game after move' option temporarily and it works OK.
