I click it and the only option it gives is "play from set piece". That's not useful.

I presume the lack of another response indicates that this option has been removed from the site? I would like to make use of open invites but am tired of having them accepted by p1200 players.

It hasnt been removed, the "set rating limits" will only appear after you have completed your first 20 games and get a "non provisional" rating.

As long as you have a p rating yourself (Before you have completed 20 games), you cannot set rating limits in open invites. I don't know the reason for this, but that's how it goes.

To make it more difficult for provisional players to 2000+ players and thereby having a rating above 1600 despite losing every game I guess.
