This is a means of recommending a post to others.

Soon we will put up lists such as "Most recommended posts of the day".

This will allow casual forum readers to read the most popular posts of the last day/week/month, etc... if they don't have time to go through all the threads.

Currently only Pawn Stars can recommend posts, this is just so that lots of once-only accounts don't pop up being used just to super-rec posts.
