Receive Opponent Emails Y/N

A general setting - receive emails from opponents Y/N?

This stops all opponents emailing you, if N. (eg. vacation / busy).
or maybe u prefer to receive messages on the game rather.

If Y, then you can receive any opponent emails, except those in your
no email list. (assuming the no email list is created!)
