It is possible to reinstate the game, but only in a "not affecting the ratings" way.

You start a game with your opponent, unrated of course, and set the board up at the position just before you made your silly resignation move.

That way you can finish the game out and find out

1. If you would have won, which will really upset you or

2. If you would have lost which means that you will feel better.
