Russ:Problems with tournament joining

It seems that, although my rating was at a 30-day 1460 high, I cannot join the appropriate tournament.

I think there might be something wrong with the way that tournaments check whether or not you are eligible, because I can remember other people mentioning the same problem.

There is a known problem with - I will try to get a fix up before the next banded tournament.
