Seige Player Failing to Make First Move

I have a seige game and the challenger has failed to make his/her first move. It's been well beyond time restrictions, but nothing has happened. Will this game be in enternal game start status?

Although the last game ended on the 6th April 2009 neither player initiated the current game until the 25th April 2009 at 1.10am.

It will not reach its 3 day per move limit until the 28th April 2009 at 1.10am.

Still plenty of time for your opponent to make their initial move.
