how else can i connect with sever host ?maybe 1 800 # thanks larry

Im sorry still waiting on feedback from chess host been a good week by now
thought maybe something wrong with my system but getting responces from everybody but server maybe you could have them contact me that would be a big help thank you

This has now been deleted, resolving the issue.

The initial cause is still to be investigated.

scroll down completely in the dark grey area at the bottom, the rightmost column is labeled "support" the first lin is "send feedback".

Or go to the topmost red band click on "help" and chose "send feedback"

What device are you using?
Have you restarted your device after powering off?
Are you trying to move an opponent's piece by mistake?
