Skull

Playing two games with my opponent,( last moved 26 days ago) He has no time left, two skulls showed up. Then the skulls disappeared.
It now says "It's your opponents move" What happened & how can I claim the wins?

The program must have had a glitch, skulls came back up.
So I skulled the guy. I think 24 days without a move desrves no quarter.
