Sleeping Clan Players

Does anyone know how to turn a players white symble with the "z" coming out of it into a yellow one with a shield please?

My clansman has flicked all the flags but is still unmavailable for matches?

If you are inactive on the site, you will not be available for selection.

So, your member will need to make a move in any game to be available for clan duty.
