Try the 'my home -> my subscription' link, and see what you've got there.

But if I were you I'd use the 'send feedback' link at the bottom of every page, and talk to the admin direct.

Orangutan's advice to 'Send Feedback' is a good advice.
Use the category 'subscritions' and they will prioritize your question.
