This is a correspondence chess site. Most of these games usually take a while to play. You have to wait until your opponent moves or times out. If you see a yellow skull appear on your "My Games" page, just click on it and you can claim your win.

Or you can go to www.uchess.com for faster games. It is run by the same group.
