I paid up on the 30th Nov and have still not changed status.
There is a 10 day money back if not satisfied offer but I cannot see how to claim this payment back
(I'm new but want to be a subscriber as I play on iPhone and the ads slow download.)

If the subscription process is not followed to completion the payment is made, but the sub is not assigned, as was the case here. The process could be better as this happens frequently enough to be a problem.
A feedback message will resolve this very quickly.
