Subscription problem

I have an order number....4547039377 sent to my email. The subscription price has also been taken out of my bank but Redhotpawn keeps telling me I am not a subscriber. What can be done?

Don't worry, it will happen in a day or two, or maybe three. The third-party site which collects the money from your credit card sometimes takes a couple of days to get the info across to RedHotPawn, but it always arrives eventually. 🙂

Send feedback. They'll resolve it pretty quickly.

You can't rely on admin people to read this forum. Under Send Feedback there is an option "subscriptions" which always gets very fast responses. I'd recommend that you copy and paste your post into it to get a result.

Maybe and perhaps that chaps post should be removed due to all the personal details being displayed ?

that happen to me i reset my password and now redhot pawn is saying i am not a subscriber.

Something odd here. You signed up in June 2010, never made a move, never made a forum post. You've had communication with the admins here who say you're not a subscriber. This doesn't make sense. What am I missing ?
