Sue has me blocked where she doesn’t see my post but keeps responding to them. The problem is I have no one blocked and it doesn’t tell me when she answers my post.

That’s why you never answer any questions, just silly insults and racist remarks. Just because you don’t like a comment it doesn’t mean it’s harassment, just that you can’t handle truth! Are you getting notices of my post, I’m getting none of yours. Maybe someone else has me blocked but it only hides your post, that makes a lot of sense.
