Can you confirm that you logged in on the iPad with the same details that you use on the web site? Is your account name identical on the web site and the iPad app?
This @garoy account has zero moves, so I suspect you use another account.
edit : A common error is to create a new account with Facebook.

I just bough an I-Pad and downloaded the Red Hot Pawn app, but it's not synced with my home desktop I-Mac, where I've been playing games for some time. Anyone know how to do this?
