The red menu bar doesn't work

For some reason I can't choose menus from the red menu bar. If I click there, there appears the message :

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /myhome/ on this server.

It's not a big problem because I can choose Forums, Tournaments etc by clicking the icons but there's no way to change my vacation settings now...

I use IE 6.0 and this problem occurred maybe two weeks ago. I was wondering if there are some security settings (I play at office) that cause this problem?

Do all options give you this error?

Can you tell me if selecting 'my home' from the 'my home' menu gives you the error, and if selecting the little house icon doesn't?
