Thread preview option

I would like an option to preview a thread. Currently the situation (after marking all Bold, Italic tags) is that you need to post a thread, then check it out to see if it has posted correctly, then edit if needed. This is pretty cumbersome and requires edits to posts..

And idea if this is feasible ?
