time out suspended

can someone tell me why i have got "time out suspended" and not a skull?,cant claim win as opponent not moving,first time this has happened,thanks

Yes. Check the announcements forum, and you will see that Russ suspended the 'claim time out' option because the site was down for several hours.

so does this mean the 'claim time out' will eventually come back?
or does that mean, there are no time controls on our games anymore?

i m getting timeout suspended instead of the skull n am not able to claim a win..what should i do...
